In Summer Series Episode 13 of the podcast, I talked about how to handle a negative response to one of your marketing emails. It’s bound to happen if you send enough emails, but these scenarios are seldom as catastrophic as we build them up to be in our head.
However, there is one scenario that can be. There’s one mistake you can make that will all but ensure you’ll never have the opportunity to work with that one particular lead.
I’m speaking from experience. Years ago, in a moment of stupidity, I made the mistake I discuss in this episode. It didn’t go down so well for me, but it was absolutely a learning experience!
